The Killers in Luxembourg

I’ve never been so glad to be back home in the UK from a holiday. My sister and I decided to book a last minute trip to Luxembourg to see The Killers for the first time. Little did I know it was going to best experience I’ve ever been to. It literally moved me that I cried. Yes, I cried, and you can watch it all, cause I vlogged my trip!

When I get asked ‘what’s there to do in Luxembourg?’, I really don’t have much to say. But I’m glad I went for a sole purpose (i.e The Killers). So, I’m glad to have ticked another country off my list of ‘places to visit’. The weather in Luxembourg was over 30 degrees! I was sweltering, but thankfully I picked the right loose, cotton dress from Mango. I teamed this up with my Chanel ‘Boy’ bag and simple jewellery.
Our trip was only planned for two days, and we spent it productively. We visited the main attractions, got lost in the city and even travelled to different parts of the country. The main attractions we saw were:

My favourite attraction out of the four mentioned was Mullerthal and the Modern Art Museum. Seeing as we stayed in the heart of the city at Hotel Grey, it felt refreshing to spend time in nature. I was glad to have packed my VANS this day, which thankfully co-ordinated with my polka dot top (similar item). Mullerthal was totally unplanned and was so beautiful. It took approximately 30 minutes to get there and was so worth the walk to the waterfall.

With any country that I visit, I always have to visit the main art museum. Art is a passion of mine, and this museum was really contemporary, being bright and spacious.

We stayed at other hotels due to unforeseen circumstances, which include the Légère Hotel and Park Inn by Radisson. Légère Hotel is an ideal hotel to stay with your family or friends if you want to be close to the airport. It contains leisure activities and a lovely buffet breakfast menu. Park Inn is ideal if you want to live in the city. You can step outside, and your on the main street for food!

Speaking of food, here are some of the places that we ate at:

Breakfast - Kathy’s Deli & Cupcakery
Quick bite - Creole
Restaurant - Vapianos
Cafe - Golden Bean
Fresh juice - Dean & David

At the end of the trip, my sister and I knew Luxembourg like the back of our hands. Would I ever return? Highly unlikely, unless I have another reason to do so.

Anyone here a 'victim' of The Killers?
